"I was a little disappointed some of the stripping around the floor in the carpet was all pulled away and it looked like there was some mildew.
I also I'm handicapped and there are only two spots. I'm checking in late it's difficult to park and bring my luggage in.
Other than those two issues I really enjoy staying here and the staff is very nice and helpful."
"Breakfast was decent (no breakfast meat one day, but the rest there was), would love option to make fresh waffles, but overall good. The staff person was great and very on things, cleaning, getting more food out (we were there for 4 mornings).
Room was clean, had problems with TV, but night manager took care of it.
We were on the main floor, great access for my wife with disability to the car and such, for loading and unloading (I was at a pool tournament for most of every day).
The main problem we had was the upstairs people had, what we assume, was children up and running and pouncing on the floor 3 days of the 4, anywhere from as early as 4am to 6am, we called the front desk and it took until our last morning, to make it seem to not happen. Not sure what you could have done, but I am sure if we were up at 2am in the morning partying/tv blaring, that we would have been told to quiet it down.
All in all it was a good stay. (oh yeah ice machine was not working on the main floor for the whole time we were there, and we had to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor for ice)."
"My wife and I stayed here because of the wheelchair accessability & we were seriously disappointed. My wife is in a wheelchair so we got a wheelchair accessible room and even though the room had a roll in shower she couldn't reach the shower wand, the fridge was in a cabinet that opened opposite of the fridge door so unaccessible. The window & AC was blocked by a chair & ottoman & the window had 2 pull cord blinds, one on each side & with the chair in the way one blind was unaccessible. The sink was outside the bathroom & was too high, they put clothing hooks on the wall that were too high. The biggest disappointment was the pool, on there website they stated & showed pictures that they had lifts for people in wheelchairs to get in & out of the pool & hot tub, and the actual lift seat was missing and all the manager told me was, we just don't have them. The breakfast was ok, but if my wife was traveling alone she wouldn't have been able to reach anything. The 1st night the shower wand hose sprung a leak, I told the front desk immediately, they assured me there maintenance man would fix it in the morning, the next morning I checked in with the the front desk about the repair, they had no idea what I was talking about and they even told me that the maintenance guy wasn't in until the next day. The property manager said he would fix it and he kinda did, he used duct tape, we never tried it. It was a terrible experience, with manager and staff showing very little empathy."
"Friendly staff, beautiful ocean view room, comfortable bed. Older hotel, clean and quiet. Dont expect an updated room, a good place to be on the beach."
