This was such a unique place and very charming! We liked the value for all that they offered: an amenity room with free laundry, movies, books, and travel sized toiletries. In the room there was a S’mores box to use at the fire pits. There was a game room as well. You could walk to the beach. It’s the first place that I’ve stayed where you download an app on your phone for the room key. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy everything. I would go back again!

I enjoyed my time at the Anchor Inn! It is a unique place full of character and fun. The building is old, .but very clean. The room was perfect. comfortable bed, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, great shower and nicely decorated. The grounds are very nice, well maintained with lots of fun things for families. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. It was a great home away from home.

It’s a great place to stay. We stayed in a very cozy cabin with kids and they had a blast with s’mores and board games! Definitely plan to go back 😊. Only thing we missed was the food as we went Mon-Wed and the restaurant is only open Thu-Sun. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby so this is not a problem .

This hotel is so cute & unique. I loved all the nautical decor. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed the convenience of their self serve check-in and out, but the keyless app access to the room was kind of a pain. The dog area & croquet course was really fun. And the complimentary s'mores kit with the bottle of wine made our stay! We will be back for sure!

The extras, s'mores, fire pits and snack area made up for very thin walls and furniture (chair held together with brackets). The bed was amazing and so was the location. Unlocking doors with code and scan for room entry was great.
