"Beautiful hotel. Obviously being refurbished as the room was spacious and very well kitted out. Comfortable bed. Very clean all round. The only thing was, staff were very nice but lacked experience. Bar staff were under pressure during peak hours 7pm onwards. I don't think they had enough bar staff ..."
