"Great place to stay on the beach!"

"We loved the hotel. BUT...the lady at the front desk on the left side (facing the desk) was OBVIOUSLY not amused with us being there. We tried to ignore that & asked if they could hold our luggage at the front desk. EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in the world, will allow you to do that,at least some luggage. What did she say? Very snappy "Well how much do have, we don't have a lot of space!" There's a way to say ANYTHING. Working at the front desk, being an older lady, she should know this by now. Her tone was OFF with us during every encounter with her. It really threw us off. We had requested to check in early, prior to the check in date. Of course, she made us wait for absolutely reason. Okay, fine, we'll wait. When we did check in, we asked for the high floor that we had requested PRIOR to check in date. This lady put us on the 2nd floor, which is the lowest floor that has rooms. We know FOR A FACT, there WERE rooms available on other floors, including the 10th floor!!!!! How did we know this?? It was confirmed later that evening by YOUR STAFF, that our type of room was available on SEVERAL FLOORS that day. In fact, the 10th floor room went to a man who only stayed 1 night. Really?? There were SEVERAL ROOMS available on higher floors that was our type of room. We REALLY wanted a higher floor for the privacy aspect. It's ridiculous that you would not accommodate, JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO. It felt VERY SPITEFUL. The NICE staff with Locs confirmed this.Review continues in comments."

"The infinity pool has an amazing view of the coast of Daytona. However, you can barely see the beach through the crystals that are so dirty all the time. "

"Room was disgusting. Towels were dirty. Bedding was dirty. Ended up buying my own towels and bedding to put on. The man two doors down was high laying in the doorway to his room all night. "

"Picked this hotel because of the good reviews it has however was not expected or as described in the reviews. There was a disclaimer of the loud music which is understandable however the stomping and slamming doors constantly affected our stay as well as the bed very squeaky and you would sink in it. Towels looked a bit yellow and toilet paper wasn’t changed when we got there we received an installed toilet paper. Very limited parking space after 5pm there’s also a disclaimer if we leave then we might come back without a parking space Could’ve been worse however not too pleasant per say"

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. We stayed for three days on the last weekend of Jeep Beach weekend. We stayed in rooms 201 and 202. 201 was on the corner and had a nice view of the beach, however, 202 was a little inside, but still a great view. Overall, the property was excellent. We hope to reserve a stay next year at the same time for Jeep Beach week, the cleanliness the staff everything from reservations from top to bottom was an absolute pleasure. The parking garage was amazing a safe place to keep your jeep and also a safe place to remove tops and doors for Jeep Beach. We were a little saddened to hear that the property may be sold as time shares or as personal property, we are hoping that we can work out a deal for next year again absolutely amazing place stay was great. Weather was great. Staff was awesome. Very helpful and kind bartenders and everybody and even security was absolutely amazing. Stellar resort thank you Max resort staff."
