"The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day."
"The sophisticated bunk bed design is really unique, our kids loved it. Beds were also big and extremely comfy. The bathroom is stylish but not really practical as the floor tiles get pretty slippery when wet.
Room was spacious and everyone had space to hang out. Patio was beautiful but not well maintained. Deck chairs were dirty and covered with grime. It is okay for us as we did not hang out there due to the hot summer weather.

"In jeder Situation besonders positiv ist uns das Personal aufgefallen: ein freundlicher Smalltalk beim Check-In, aufmerksam und sympathisch beim Frühstück (trotz temporär großen Andrangs).
Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, sauber und hatten ein gemütliches Innendesign. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber schön gestaltet. Dusche und Badewanne sind kombiniert. Der Einstieg erschien uns etwas unkomfortabel hoch.
Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und ausnahmslos alle getesteten Produkte waren...
"Très bien ! Le studio est parfaitement agencé, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé ! Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit alors que nous étions vendredi soir. Le seul point négatif que nous pouvons retenir et qu’il n’a pas été possible de laisser nos bagages lorsque nous avons quittés le studio, nous avons dû trouver et payer un service de consigne à bagages."
"The hotel was very good clean tidy plus the staff were very helpful, our room came with a bath with a shower in which Alison couldn't get in very easy so they moved us to a different room with a walk in shower, nothing seemed to much a problem.
I am gluten and dairy intolerant so when we went for breakfast they had a lot of items i could have, we both enjoyed our breakfast it was very very good "
"Spent more than I normally would to upgrade to an Executive Room and definitely didn’t regret it. There was a massive amount of space and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower. Also really helpful to have a UK socket as well as a USB (I’d seen other reviews saying there were only European sockets - there were plenty of those too!)
