"My experience at this property was unfortunately far below the expectations created by its online ratings. Breakfast is not actually served in a proper dining area. Instead, guests receive a small basket in the room with very limited items and no hot options at all (no eggs or cooked alternatives). For a hotel presented at this level, this is quite disappointing. Even more problematic is the fact that there is no reception staff from the evening until 9:00 AM. "Overall great stay. The location is convenient, everything is in walking range within the old town. The tram/train/bus stops are within a 5 min walk if you plan to explore outside the old town. There are stairs going up the lobby so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared. The staff are friendly and welcoming, so overall highly recommend"

"We had a sea view room with terrace which provided gorgeous views of the sea and cap Ferrat. Old villefranche and the promenade were a short walk from the hotel. There are two bus stops within a 5 min walk. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. We checked in very early. We were given bus line information and bus cards already filled to start us that morning. We returned the bus cards with fares as we were so grateful."

"Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory."
