"It’s hard to describe how magical this experience felt. The service was truly top tier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Our room had everything we could possibly need and felt both comfortable and authentically castle-like. We chose to have dinner at the on site restaurant and it was easily the best dining experience I have ever had. The service was genuine white glove perfection and the food was exquisite.
