"I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. ..."

"Pros: -close to the airport roughly 15-20min drive -Netflix and prime on TV -complimentary wine-did not taste great however CONS: -Shuttle STOPS running at 1030am and only starts again at 3pm BEWARE -if you arrive early and shuttle has other stops you may need to wait. They refused to pick us up ..."

"Sound proofing in the rooms does not exist, you can hear everything from both the windows and the main door (corridors), it was very annoying and affected my sleep. Otherwise the staff are friendly the property is nice and offers decent value for money."
