"I would have given 5 stars across the board but there was not a microwave oven in the room. Anytime we needed to warm up any food we bought from outside of the hotel we had to go downstairs to the front desk and ask for our meals to be warmed up. This was very inconvenient as my Mother is disabled. ..."
