Nice stay here but building site next door and windows not very sound proof. Limited cooking facilities as the frying pan was tiny. Would stay at rooomz again but not this location. Too noisy.

Good location and fulfilled our requirements

Very spacious and clean apartment. Gave us the space we required to meet up with family which was the reason for choosing this particular accommodation. No parking. Received 30% discount at Qpark nearby but need to prebook. Building work was taking place at the back of our apartment so expect lots of noise from 8am. The double glazed windows don’t appear to cut down on the noise. There was only a choice of vegan croissants for breakfast by the time we went to collect ours at 9am

The hotel on your site said it had parking available, it didn’t, we were down for two days and the parking cost me £50. The hotel had a technical issue, where we had to get somebody to let us into our room, the key card machine wasn’t working, the room wasn’t that clean either

Overall really nice . We had the bottom floor so our view was of a parking area . The good thing was that it stayed dark in the morning being surrounded by walls . Would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted that floor or at least told this is our only room. Just as a courtesy. Not a big deal . There was a stain on the curtains that was gross . Someone really needed to do something about that ?? There was also a weird trap door in our ceiling that was partly open and was dirty from hand prints opening it up . Felt kind of weird . Cmon cleaner people pay attention. Anyone else would have been annoyed a lot more . Otherwise it was great . Clean everywhere elsewhere, big bathroom, people working there were polite , helpful and professional. The things I didn’t like were simply details that needed to be mentioned but wouldn’t determine my staying there again . I definitely would !

More than I expected

Hotel was well positioned for shops and nightlife. Maybe a little noisy with window open but it didn’t bother me. Room was very large, kitchen had everything in it but we didn’t use it. Reception let us in on arrival as we were early so we could go out to shop. Main bedroom bed was huge, too big for the room as we couldn’t shut the door. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

We were a bit disappointed in the facility cleanliness and overall condition. There was a nasty stain on the bedsheets, the door to one of the bedrooms couldn’t be closed because the bed was in the way, and furniture was cheap and unappealing. It had a dorm-room feel. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and they allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early.
