"I stayed in a windowless room. I paid a very low price and understandably, the room was small. Basic hotel for a cheap price. It is located right in the centre of Leeds which is very convenient. Rooms were clean but a little cramped."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. The complimentary hot drinks in the reception area was a very welcome touch. 12pm check out on Saturday was great. Parking was convenient and with the hotel discount was very reasonably priced"

"Good location, friendly helpful staff and high standard of cleanliness. Room condition a little tired e.g mastic on shower discoloured, bathroom door chipped, minibar door loose. All minor things that better maintenance could fix easily enough. over all a good choice and fair value."
