We needed a hotel for an overnight stay. For the price that we paid we were not impressed. Hotel not as luxurious as we had expected and required updating. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming.

Attentive and friendly staff, efficient check in and check out. Comfy toom with the Marriott bed linen, always a good sleep. Hotel in quite a good position in town with good entrance for drop off and pick up.

Crown Hotel Harrogate
The welcome was good. Booked parking and was told which bay was ours for the night. Executive room was huge, needing updating but clean. Bed was super hard pillows thin so didn't sleep too well. Brilliant stay. All staff were friendly and courteous. We left our bag there before check in and also after check out which was a brilliant perk.
