"Très bon séjour, l'hôtel était très sympa, la décoration originale, le personnel très gentil et le petit déjeuner très bon. Par contre je suis un peu déçue de la prestation d'Expedia, j'avais réservé à l'avance le petit déjeuner mais le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas reçu cette information. De plus, j'ai eu un supplément qu'ils ne m'avaient pas calculé, correspondant aux taxes de séjour de mes filles. Seule la mienne a été comptabilisée dans le calcul d'Expedia, j'ai dû payer 8 euros...

"Wir haben für eine Nacht auf unserer Radtour im Cheval Blanc übernachtet und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer und die Lage ist auch top. Es war lediglich etwas hellhörig (über uns waren anscheinend sehr laute Menschen, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts). Außerdem war es das einzige Mal auf unserer Radreise, dass wir dafür bezahlen mussten, unsere Räder in der Garage abstellen zu dürfen (5€ pro Rad), obwohl wir sie dort nicht einmal an etwas...

"La habitación y el baño eran de tamaño reducido. El personal fue amable. Hubo parking en la propiedad. Para una noche, contas con lo básico. Hay secador de cabello"

"La struttura probabilmente dovrebbe essere rimodernata. Delle due camere prenotate e pagate anticipatamente, una aveva l'aria condizionata rotta. Quando e' stato fatto presente il problema hanno fornito un ventilatore e non una stanza in alternativa perche'la struttura risultava completa! Nessuna scusa ne' sconto per il disagio. Al nostro arrivo un altro cliente si stava lamentando per lo stesso problema, per cui si puo' pensare che il malfunzionamento fosse gia' noto. La colazione e' stata...

"The hotel / room / bedding and property were clean. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. There was a bit of noise due to a group of chaperoned teenagers staying on the same floor... Loud talking / laughing / running in the hallway, door slamming, etc. The pool was open, and i was told that the restaurant was closed for meals other than breakfast."

"Absolutely perfect! They changed my room three times and we finally found perfection. They also gave me a kettle, hairdryer, complimentary coffee, croissant and madeleines. Very kind staff, great housekeeping and good location, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants walking distance."
