"Clean nice room, great location and facility. Very nice breakfast. Room service quality depends on the person cleaning of the day, somehow tucks the bedsheet in together with the blanket, so when removing blanket, bedsheet comes out too. They forget to replace towels and water, but all it takes is a phone call and all problem would be solved so no issue. The front desk is amazing. The fitness center is not really a fitness center, just a sad gloomy room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical....
"Lovely to have a proper coffee machine available 'free' 24/7 rather than sachets in the room.
So easy travelling by train, and the big AROK sign at the top of the building, visible as soon as exiting the station made it ultra easy to locate.

"Great clean spacious hotel. I came early and they let us into the room before noon. Reception also gave my daughter an Alsace stork doll. Breakfast is included. Bed is comfy and we had a great night sleep. One thing is that the curtain is not blackout because the store in the opposite side use a very strong light at night. Overall, we like this hotel."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient to the train station. Less than a five minute walk you were in the heart of a small restaurant and business district and only a few minutes from the major attractions in the city.
The hotel had a nice breakfast however, the lady managing the food seemed more interested in checking people‘s room numbers than keeping up with the food. More than one person commented they were out of eggs and running low on plates and glasses and she did not react until...
"This hotel is situated near the center, it's close to the modern art museum, just cross to the other side of the road. To get to the hotel is very easy, only take the bus no. 10 directly from the train station and get off in front of the hotel. In front of this hotel you can find both bus and tram that can take you any where in this town. "
