Awful customer service, disgusting attitude from owner. No food on offer, for breakfast! would never recommend booking here! Much nicer places just round the corner. We left after one night, would rather pay for something else than sleep here! The owner swearing at us when we asked to move rooms due to the room being dirty and the people opposite using our doorway by the stairs as a smoking shelter making our room smell of smoke. He lied and told us he had no room - which he did most rooms were empty!

Top mit allem was man sich wünscht

Schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, sehr freundlich, sehr feines Essen, Restaurant gleich bei der Wohnung, Pool auch gleich bei der Wohnung, ein sehr toller Aufenthalt so dass wir bestimmt wieder mal gehen.

Kleines Hotel mit Pool und Restaurant

Die Ankunft war leider etwas schwierig. Wir trafen im Hotel um 15:30 Uhr ein. Leider war niemand da der uns das Einfahrtstor öffnen konnte. Wir mussten dan im Hotel anrufen und weckten so den Chef, der leider etwas genervt wirkte. So war der erste Eindruck schon eher schlecht. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein, verfügen aber über eine Klimaanlage ( zum Glück bei 35 Grad),einen Kühlschrank und einen Kleiderschrank. Das Restaurant, dass zum Hotel gehört ist super. Eine riessige Auswahl an Köstligkeiten. Wir assen 3mal da. Immer super lecker. Einen bessonderen pluspunkt war der Kellner. Sehr aufmerkssm und freundlich. Da unser Zimmer zum Restaurant ausgerichtet war und alles sehr ringhöring ist fanden wir erst nach 23 Uhr Ruhe.

Would NOT recommend - UNSAFE, DIRTY, RUDE OWNER

We would not recommend this place to stay, we arrived at 1 to be told that our room would be another hour although check in was noon. Staff did not know we was arriving and there was no organisation. Manager rude when we had spoken to him about the state of our room and that we found it unsafe and not clean. Said he could possibly move us to another room in the morning. Before breakfast the manager confronted us in the breakfast area with a raised voice as he did not think his hotel was unsafe and not clean. He took us into his office and whilst waving his hands around (caught on video) he was very rude and aggressive to us. We had a boiler in our room with no cover and live electric cables hanging out the wall. Mouldy shower tiles, dirty fridge, No fire alarm to which we was told we should not smoke in the room! Anything can catch fire!! No CO2 alarm. Not much choice for breakfast, however we did not get chance to really look as owner took us away and told us to leave. So within 1 hour we left - NOBODY should feel like this on holiday! So i would not recommend this place, be careful. Owner become very rude and told us if we come to italy - we have to speak his language! And then chose to ignore us! Also the restaurant is open to others not just hotel customers - so when we was being watched in the pool. Do some research and book somewhere else, there are lots of nice hotels close by and have lovely owners/managers and have a clean place for you to stay.

Ruhige Lage und gute Betten

Durch das Navigationssystem konnten wir das Hotel zügig finden. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen und insbesondere die Betten haben eine hervorragende Qualität. Für Autoreisende ist das Hotel gut gelegen.

Molto pulito e contesto interessante

soggiorno in occasione dell'ingresso al parco termale del Garda. Davvero interessante un contesto agreste e decoroso, personale disponibile e preparato. Davvero comodo per il parcheggio e la scoperta dei dintorni.

Mooie vakantie gehad

Roberto, de eigenaar, is een lieve gepassioneerde man die er alles aan gelegen is dat je een fijne vakantie bij hem beleefd. De kamers zijn redelijk goed (bedden zijn goed) en worden elke dag schoongemaakt. Zwembadje is mooi, geopend van 9 tot 13 uur en 15 tot 22 uur. Even lekker privé voor de paar gasten die er zijn. Omtbijt os lekker, hij maakt alles elke dag vers. Accomodatie ligt afgelegen en rustig, dat vonden wij heerlijk. Kortbij ligt Caneva (waterpretpark), Movieland, Gardaland, Sealife. Venetië ligt op ongeveer 2 uurtjes rijden, ook de moeite waard. We hebben heel wat plaatsjes in de omgeving bezocht. Jammer dat onze vakantie voorbij is. Roberto en zijn vrouw, bedankt!!!

Ich konnte kein Auge zumachen

Bei check in wusste der hotelbesitzer nichts von unsrer reservierung, er hat sie erst nach längern sröbern in seinen Unterlagen entdeckt. Dann bekammen wir ein andres zimmer als eigentlich gebucht und er behauptet dass wir kein Frühstück hätten, was wir aber in der Bestätigungsmail zugesagt bekommen haben. Das schlimmste war jedoch der lärm, jede nacht summte eine art generator vor unsrem zimmer, welcher das einschlafen erheblich erschwerte und das durchschlafen unmöglich machte. Die wände waren ebenfalls sehr dünn, weshalb längeres schlafen nicht denkbar war, da man jeden morgen von lauten und stimmen geweckt wurde. Die Frühstücks auswahl war spärlich: aufbackbrötchen und -Croissants. Alles in allem brauche ich jetzt erstmal einen urlaub von diesem urlaub

Super und sehr freundlich

Das Paar das dieses Hotel führt ist sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr sauber und der Pool ist auch gut, das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Man bekommt immer in Kaffee wenn man danach fragt. Zum Gardasee kommt man nach 5 Minuten an sowie zu den Parks Gardaland, Movieworld etc. wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir bestimmt wieder hier übernachten. Auch für Ausflüge nach Verona ist es gelegen da man nach 20-30 min Autofahrt in Verona ankommt.

Hyggelig vertskap

Skulle opprinnelig bo 3 dager, men utvidet med en natt til. Hyggelig vertskap. Mange severdigheter i nærområdet. Venezia, Verona, Milano, Gardasjøen, Comosjøen, Moto-Guzzi museet i Mandello del Lario, osv. Kan virkelig anbefale en høsttur. Få turister, lite trafikk, utrolig fint vær.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger, zentraler Lage

Wir hatten ein super schönes, neues Zimmer. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist großzügig geschnitten und die Fliesen und das Mobiliar sind neu. Die Dusche ist etwas klein und der Wassersruck etwas schwach. Das Frühstück war gut, Brötchen wären noch ein Wunsch von uns gewesen. Ansonsten ist der Chef sehr zuvorkommend und gibt auch Tipps was man sich anschauen sollte. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen beim nächsten Gardaseeurlaub :)

Gute Lage am südlichen Gardasee

Der sehr freundliche Inhaber Roberto gab uns ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade (Zimmer mit großer Küche und Bad). Grundsätzlich wäre die Unterkunft auch zur Selbstverpflegung geeignet, aber die Küche ist nicht mit Geschirr der Töpfen ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück gab es als Buffet Brot, Croissant, Marmelade, Honig, Käse, Wurst, Müsli und Fertigkuchen. Ansonsten Kaffee, Cappuccino, Tee, Kakao und Saft.

Ideal location, and helpful owners.

Wonderful small hotel, not very far at all from Lake Garda. If you're happy to drive, this is a pefect spot as you are just a few minutes from Gardaland, Movieland, Aquapark, the Thermal Park, etc. And with easy access to all the towns on the east side of the lake. At the end of a busy day, there is also a hotel pool to cool down in! The hotel owner and his wife are extremely helpful, and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I definitely would highly recommend it.

Nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Ehepaar das das Hotel führt. Es befindet sich ca. 3km vom See entfernt, damit nicht die Hektik und der Trubel wie direkt am See. Nette Aussicht über die Felder. Zimmer funktionell mit Klimaanlage. Pizzeria gleich nebenan.

Gezellig hotel

We hadden een 4-persoons kamer maar kregen een appartement met keuken en aparte badkamer. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar en lekker ontbijt met goede Caffe Americano. De jongens hebben genoten van het aanwezige zwembad en het aangrenzende restaurant is ook goed ( en je krijgt korting via het hotel .... ) in totaal een rustig en kleinschalig complex met erg nette kamers en erg vriendelijke eigenaar
