Delayed check in. Had to wait over an hour after check in time 3pm. Got room key after 4pm. Check out was at 12 noon, room wasnt available but several people were rooms were checked in immediately. Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded.
This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response.
One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live

I had an excellent stay here! They are super close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and all the main attractions in the area. It’s easy to get around and access to everything. The property was clean and had enough to keep you entertained.

No lake view on my side. Hotel AC and heater not working. Space heater was provided but when it was 65 outside, it was 87 in the hotel. No AC and No fan. Was like a sauna during the day. Parking was hard to find the first night.
