"Pros: secured, great location, free snacks, great staff, full fridge and microwave, pool and hot tub. Cons: bedroom was not thoroughly cleaned, can hear everything through the walls. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t close properly "

"The room was clean, and the beds were fair. Could have used an additional blanket and better pillows. When we first walked in, the room was freezing! The air conditioning was super loud, and regardless of what we did, it would not quiet down. The bathroom was okay. No conditioner in the shower - empty. The quality of soap, shampoo, etc., was cheap. Consider using a better brand, and be sure all canisters are full after each visitor. The constant drip in the tube faucet was irritating. The shower head was less than desirable. When you try to turn off the shower, you have to use great force to shut off the water, but it doesn't work. The water would not turn off. The entire system needs to be replaced. The surrounding area of the hotel did not feel safe The breakfast seemed fine, coffee was good, but I only had cereal and yogurt. I will go elsewhere for my next visit."

"House keeping service never switched out the stained mattress in the sofa bed big stain looks like old blood or pee very poor service I have pictures to show couldn't use the sofa bed not even once had to sleep on the floor twice"

"We had a great time. Gabe at the pool was awesome! He is a real go getter. I wish the pool had been warmer, it was a bit cold for me. The vibe was great and loved the DJ music!"

"I flew into phoenix, as I am driving towards the property I start to notice the area is a bit sketch. I then see the property and start to question where I had reserved my stay. As I am checking in the young man at reception is not friendly. On the wall behind the reception there are all these signs like; No one within a 45 mile radius will be allowed to check in, no one other than guests in guest rooms and breakfast cannot be taken to rooms, that was amongst other signages. I get checked in. Big mistake! When I first walked into the room, I got some kind of strong scent, like those cheap car air fresheners. I called the front desk and the manager was sent to the room. Manager came, I had asked if they could remove the air freshener that was in the room and said she could not smell anything. The three solutions she offered were having housekeeping mop with just water, spray Febreeze or remove filters from AC unit. I asked if I could open the window, she said yes, that there was an additional lock on the window for safety. That was it. By that time my throat and head started hurting. I left for an event and never went back. I had a medical emergency and would have been far worse if I would’ve had to stay there. While I was elsewhere I reserved at an alternative location about 30 minutes away in Peoria. I do not recommend this place if you have scent sensitivity or allergies. If you are used to more higher class stays, this is not the place for you. Motel not hotel vibe. "

"The hotel needs a renovation. It’s old. It’s Dark not comfortable at all. However, the staff is very nice and accommodating. I will never stay at this hotel again, though unless they renovate."
