"The room was super clean but there was only one towel and we were 3 in the room, didn't bother to ask for more because the room was clean and the beds are compforable. Over all it wasn't too bad, walked around and felt safe in the middle of the night."

"Friendly folks. Nice view of the river downstairs and from the room. We loved the hot tub and the 24 hour shop right by the elevators. Wish they still had table games on the casino floor but they got ‘em next door so all in all we had a really good time and enjoyed our long-needed weekend getaway. "

"They had 4 elevators in the center tower with two of them non operational. It caused long lines and waiting times each time. Harrahs was aware of the issue but chose not to inform their guests upon arrival. The room was old with very low toilets for adults. Tthe experience would stear us from using this hotel again"

"Met my needs the pool was open clean and working but the pool and area by the laundry area had bags of garbage obviously of an even nobody cleaned up after. I was there a week, it was old trash. Not a bad place to stay for a night while traveling with a dog. Oh and the dog poop collection bin was overflowing. But free bags!! Yay!"

"The room had one rickety chair, Coffee pot with no coffee. Anything to make coffee. No towels. Made the mistake of walking barefooted and the floor was filthy. Pool was empty and full of leaves. The Day , shift told us we had to use our password to get next flex. We would not do that. He had a bad attitude. We told him what we needed. He wrote it down and did nothing."

"When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low.
