"Dont waste your time. They check your cooler, you cant even bring floating devices for the kids."

"This is an older property with lots of smokers and it stinks. Carpet is old and worn out and in desperate need of a makeover. River bar was nice with great staff and drinks but men smoking stinky cigars. Cashiers were kind and helpful and gave great information. Room view was of old toilet and hotel mechanics. Do your self a favor and don't stay here!"

"Check in after 3. Pool was closed at 5 due to no staff. Told Pool re-opens at 9am. Then Pool Closed until after 5 the next day. When making a complaint without being loud, rude, or using any bad language was surrounded by 2 layers of security like we were a threat. Very unprofessional staff. When Resort fees equal the room rate you should be providing the resort amenities, not threatening with security because you simply want to know why."

"Most hotels in Laughlin are run down, and this one was especially disappointing. The room was dingy and lacked basic amenities—no ice, no coffee, and no refrigerator. The door lock was unreliable, and hot water took a very long time to reach even lukewarm. To make matters worse, there will be no pool in 2026. Important details like the pool closure are buried in the description when booking through third‑party sites such as Hotels.com, which is frustrating. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. I won’t be returning."
