"While checking in we asked about breakfast. Was told they didn't offer breakfast except for some pastries in the casino cafe. Found out they have an excellent restaurant. Was also charged a fee for using Hotel.com. We chose this place because of price not knowing we would have to compensate Riverside resort for the difference in the price. Next time will look to stay someplace else. "

"Our AC was not working when we arrived, they had someone to our room within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. Swapped it right out and we were cool the rest of the stay! "

"Golden Nugget in Laughlin is a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast at the Claim Jumper inside the hotel was wonderful and not overpriced. Only one complaint—there are not enough electrical outlets and no USB outlets. That could be fixed with a few new lamps with these things built in. For now, bring your own power strips. "
