""Breakfast was terrible. I contacted the website for an airport transfer and provided the airport name, flight number, airline, and the time and date of arrival. They were not at the airport. When I contacted them, the man on the phone told me the driver was there, which made me walk around looking for a man with a hotel sign and my name. I kept calling, and finally, they told me I was at the wrong airport (them, not me). When I started complaining, he told me that I had to take a taxi. I asked for a refund, and he told me I had to speak to the manager the next day. I spoke to the manager, and she told me, 'No, sorry, no refund,' because they do not provide transfers at the airport where I arrived. I told her that if they had read my email, they would have told me that at the beginning, not when I was already at the airport. There was no refund. Thieves!""

"To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE "
