"I travel extensively and have stayed in many genuine deluxe and 5-star hotels around the world, so unfortunately this property did not meet what I would reasonably expect from a hotel advertised as 5-star. In reality, I would rate it closer to a 3-star experience. The best part of the hotel was definitely the location, which was very convenient, and most staff were generally pleasant when spoken to. The room size was also decent. However, there were several disappointing issues. Firstly, the hotel appeared to advertise breakfast included, but during booking this was suddenly not the case, which felt misleading. I also contacted the hotel over 24 hours before arrival regarding possible early check-in and allergy-friendly linen requests, yet I received absolutely no response — not even a short acknowledgment message. The room itself lacked many standard 5-star touches: no bathrobes, very limited in-room amenities, minimal tea/coffee supplies, and even drinking water required guests to walk down the corridor to external water coolers. The carpets looked dirty and worn, and housekeeping standards were below expectations. One particularly concerning detail was finding a completed breakfast room-service card left behind from a previous guest, which raised questions about attention to cleaning and room checks. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its location and some friendly staff members, but it simply does not currently deliver a true 5-star experience."

"The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."

"Impressive hotel with Scandinavian nods throughout. Upon arrival Joanna was absolutely amazing. She made us for super welcome and explained everything in detail. The room was perfect, uber cool, clean, with everything you require. Joanna gave us recommendations for food and drink and they didn’t disappoint. Breakfast, amazing, huge amounts of choice and fresh. Location is awesome. No need to worry about a thing."

"Cracking Ibis,probably one of the best I've stayed in.Let me start by saying,you can park your motorbike outside the door for free(nice and secure/undercover)Now then,the hotel itself is very clean and modern with great,helpful staff who speak very good English.My room was clean,bed comfortable with decent pillows.Shower was spot on,WiFi was good and the TV had the odd English channel.I ate an evening meal and had breakfast once,both decent and not bad value for not having to go out. The tram is a minutes walk from the hotel reception and drop you on the very outskirts of the old town,I got Bolt back twice and was only £4/£5,so no issues getting around.I also walked in a couple of times,a nice leisurely stroll was 20/25 minutes,and if you like architecture then walk the hospital way(left stairs in the big round tram terminal) some great buildings to see.For an authentic Polish meal there is a milkbar(I think this is what they are called)across the road and to the left,5 minute walk where you will be served a fantastic meal for next to nothing,truly Poland.Also the air museum is a couple of stops up on the tram,another great place to visit. All in all,great hotel in a great location with great staff,thank you."
