"Had to wait half an hour in line to check in. Then got locked out of my room because the clerk hadn’t processed my credit card successfully. Took three trips to the front desk and guest services (and an hour) to fix the problem. Received a $50 voucher for breakfast for my trouble which was rejected ..."

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
"Really, there is nothing negative about the Venetian other than this place is massively huge. We found ourselves just staying mostly at the hotel versus exploring the strip. lol. Overall, the Venetian was an expierence and the hotel connects to the sphere if you plan on attending that."
