"The check in process is awful and it takes forever. The self check in kiosk do not recognize the ID and you have to go to the front desk and they are not friendly at all. It seems like they want you to check in at the kiosk and it shows, they are very rude."

"Beautiful hotel with nice amenities but everything in it is very expensive. Go across the street to buy necessities, sundries and gifts. Also, use the 50 dollar food credit for a meal and eat at cheaper restaurants in the area. The food is delicious though."
