"The walls in the room were peeling, the carpet looked old, the popcorn roof was falling off in certain areas. The room looked like it needs to be renovated. There needs to be better lighting inside as well."

"We recently stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it was perfect. The blackjack tables were approachable for a first timer (and reasonable during the day), room service was delicious (and always available), sushi at Yellowfish was excellent, and more than anything we spent the whole trip saying "everyone is so nice?!". Every staff member from Erik at check in to Cheyenne at the pool and Rick, Dakota, Jaime, and Edward at the Baccarat bar (our favorite place to lounge throughout) was upbeat and helpful. We visited some other hotels/casinos but didn't find any we liked better, this will definitely be our go-to on future visits."

"We needed more pillows, and it took them 3 phone calls and almost 2 hours to get them. Other than that, we had a great experience. Hotel rooms were nice, clean, and beds were very comfortable. Price point was good and we would stay here again, for sure."
