"The room was clean, most staff was polite and helpful. One of the front check in staff members was rude about us asking questions about the line length and wait time but otherwise staff were very kind and helpful. Casino was fun and pool was relaxing."

"The pool isn’t kid friendly, my kids were threatened to be taken by security if they continue to play in the pool. The rules they impose take note for the kids are like: no splashing no playing no loud laughing. Literally small splashing will get you a whistle and death stare from the lifeguards. ..."
