"There was no coffee in the room. Upon checkout we were charged $43.34 for refreshments which we did not use anything. I disputed the charge and am supposed to get a refund at some point. Shower did not work properly."

"Issue not with room, but people! Every time, even if end of hall on own, which need ask staff for because of slamming doors, no one else but they put one right next to me, my whole duration and... yup... slamming doors. Even with many other rooms open. Sick of this "phenomena". So, there for 5 nights, ..."
