"The room did not have a mini fridge like every other hotel has it did not have a coffee maker and it did not give any kind of breakfast or discount for staying there. They actually charged us $80 for parking. Also there was no fan inside the bathroom. The only good thing about our stay there was the shower and the bed was comfortable. That’s it. Everything else sucked one star is our rating for this hotel."

"The spa was amazing with a full day use with purchase of service! Staff was very friendly and attentive from bell hop to valet to spa employees. Massages were excellent. The rooms are in a bit of a need of a renovation as the hardware is worn in bathroom and shower stall did not drain very well. No coffee pot and no microwave in room. If you need to keep anything cold you would need to clear out the mini bar fridge as there is no space for personal items. The food court and restaurants are wonderful with many options from Italian to frozen custard. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Shopping is close as well. "

"Boyd, at check in was great had a little mishap and he handled it quickly and with ease, super friendly staff except for the elevator security they don’t speak much. Everything and most everyone where very friendly and kind"

"Our check in was not what was expected. Our first time there. Construction going on. Check in sent us the wrong direction. Got lost. She sent us the wrong way. Had to ask other staff how to find rooms. Not clearly marked. We ask for our room to be serviced each day. Was not done. Hot tub was warm. Not hot. Almost same temp as the pool. Ordered the same drink at bar each time. Got a different one each time? Lemon drop? Bathroom very dated. Bathroom needs different lighting system. Ight light? Valet and luggage carriers. Very good kind and courteous "

"This is a time share and you will be approached to attend a sales session with attractive incentives. However, you may opt out. I booked online and got a wonderfully relaxing experience in a very well appointed 1 br Condo. Staff here is very attentive and the grounds are immaculate and very impressive. Housekeeping is extra $$ so be prepared to go 5 days in the same sheets unless you pay for that option. I would always prefer this to a hotel. The pool is very well done with extended open hours. "
