"Property was disgusting. Parking lot was like not cleaned for weeks, certain areas of common places, such as areas under and around stairs were like not cleaned for months. My room's AC grill was so dirty, it was entirely covered with layers of dirt, and it had several some small mounds of dirt. ..."
