"I spent great 4 nights at this hotel. Their service was amazing; nice attitude of receptionist, flexible housekeeping, so on. There might be two points to improve. 1. Efficiency of check-in and check-out. Especially long queue of check-in was absolutely frustrating. 2. Smell of the room. I’m not sure it was really smell of smoking. But I felt the smell like smoking in the bedroom. "

"My go to stay in Hong Kong, convenient to local eateries, mass transit, and grocery shopping. Away from the hubbub of Central but only an easy 15 mins by tram. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and free laundry facilities are always a plus."
