Fantastic stay here with 2 kids. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and very attentive. Lots of space around the hotel to run around including the outdoor maze and a really nice pool as well.

Breakfast was over $350 HK dollars but worth the splurge. We almost booked our stay at Hollywood Hotel next door but glad we didn’t because Hollywood looked like it was undergoing some construction or maintenance.

Easy to take the shuttle to the station and then get to anywhere you need to go….into Hong Kong, over to the outlets. Not many food options at the hotel so it’s handy to go to the nearby outlets for dinner etc

For a traditional Disney hotel it is very good. Great location for a visit to Disneyland either on a bus or walking. Great location also to the train network to go and explore other parts of Hong Kong. Staff were very nice. Hotel restaurants were good. I would say that the property itself and rooms feel a little tired and in need of a refresh compared with the other two Disney properties. Also due to it being low season the outside pool and space was closed for maintenance. Overall I think good price for a Disney property compared to pricing in the US.

Absolutely loved our stay and would go again. Staff were attentive to the very end (taxi to airport). Very helpful in guiding us in which taxi to book. Loved that there was Disney themed activities. Slight bummer that outdoor pool was under maintenance but at least there was an indoor pool. The change rooms near there lacked appropriate facilities for changing a baby. Would be great if there was a change table.
