"The Adya hotel is 3km from the ferry terminal. Most staff do not speak english so communication difficult. Several things broken in room, ac leaking, found a dead bat on the floor which reinforces the cleaning issues. I seen someone else commneted about bats in the room and thoight it obsurd but then experienced it also. Obviously they get in when windows and doors are left open. Reception staff never acknowlege you after checking in and totally ignore your presence when passing thereafter. ...

"We loved staying at this resort for a girls trip. Such warm staff and elegant surroundings. Great choice of dining and pools plus not too far from airport and main town. Monkeys played on our balcony’s, local cuisine was delicious and relaxing by the pool was perfect. Thank you! "

"This hotel is horrible! The staff were friendly. The air conditioning in the room is awful. You have to beg for clean towels and toilet tissue. The buffet breakfast disappeared after the 2nd day of our 20 day stay. It was replaced with cold eggs, soggy cold French fries and hot dogs. De Baron resort is much nicer and about the same price. I will stay there next time! This hotel is filthy and in severe disrepair."

"Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up."

"Their booking system/intranet has been hacked so you will be spammed on WhatsApp by phishing messages from scammers after booking, containing personal information. Otherwise ok hotel, rooms clean and good service."

"would stay here again no problem. large room with a balcony with a nice view which was a bonus. 25min walk to shops and bars. 20 ringgit grab ride to beach / resorts world. check out the blarney stone bar for sports. nice atmosphere"
