"The staff were helpful. The beds were comfortable and I slept well until we were woken up by noisy people in the next room at around 1am. The pool could have been cleaner and vacuuming could have been more thorough but it was a comfortable enough stay."

"Was told the room would get a “light” service on Sunday morning but when I asked housekeeping for towels she told me we don’t get any service on Sundays. I just went ahead and swapped towels and made my own bed!"

"This was the second time we have stayed in the converted Fire Station apartment. It is a good-sized studio, we love the wrap around views both inside and outside and spend lots of time on the fabulous deck, which includes both a shaded area and a BBQ. We also love all the unique heritage decor items from its past use as a fire station that elevate this from a boring hotel suite. We enjoy the ability to cook in the well-organised kitchen. The bed and pillow are comfortable. There was an extra doona but no cover for it which was a little odd. "Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone."
