"Was told the room would get a “light” service on Sunday morning but when I asked housekeeping for towels she told me we don’t get any service on Sundays. I just went ahead and swapped towels and made my own bed!"

"The location was just what we wanted, the kitchen was as described, the staff were helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be when the unit was serviced, they replaced coffee and sugar but no milk."

"Receptionist was pleasant upon check-in.Bedroom was clean, pillows very thin. Bathroom completely unacceptable. Black mould around cornice and frame of window, toilet pedestal completely cracked in half across the bottom, towel hook snapped off from back of door and worst of all, hair in shower grate. These issues could be fixed with some old fashioned “elbow grease” and a trip to a hardware store. Lots of highway noise and the constant cutting in and out of the aircon unit below our room made...

"Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on...

"The hotel rooms are not large but are comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice, friendly and professional. This hotel was close to bus line and metro. Safe surrounding streets and with 10-15 minutes walking, there are nice restaurants and grocery shops. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. One downside was the street noises that could be heard in the rooms. "

"Great location and lovely views of the harbor. Was in the corner rooms and was quite hot with the heat. Windows need a good cleaning so that we can enjoy the lovely views. Apart from the noise when the train passes, it was a good and comfortable stay."

"Generally a really nice stay. Great sized rooms, with aircon and huge beds. Lovely bathroom with two sink, bath and shower seperately. Slightly let down by the “harbour view” which is looking over a massive empty car park/concreate space. Also one of the reception staff members was rude and questioned whether we should be there making a point of checking our id again even though we’d already done all of that at check in. Not sure I’d stay again "
