"The staff was polite but curt. Not warm and fuzzy. The room was nice enough but the headboard of the bed was peeling and there were scuffs all over the walls. For a Regency, it should have been better maintained"

"Room smelled terrible. We even asked to move to a new one, and that smelled even worse! The bathroom was dirty as well. In general really not worth the price."
