"A fabulous hotel with great staff. Mia on reception was an absolute star. She helped us find places to eat, things to see and also sorted out our jet lagged brains with the car park!
Lovely local eateries and scenic walks are around the hotel. Will stay here again! "

"It is very close to the downtown shopping area and the facilities are top notched. My wife and I had a very good impression of this hotel! Weekend morning buffet was an icing on the cake. "
"Room is on the pricier side, but you can feel why. King room was spacious and bathroom elegant/modern. Reminded me of a fancy hotel room in Vegas! Spa couples weekday massage at rnr Wellness (in the hotel), was incredible (Jean). Fitness room was well equipped with beautiful views of the city (especially at night!). Parking is tricky downtown though (hotel is across the street from the Calgary Tower). Might be easier to Valet park (currently $50/day), if you don’t want to navigate through...
"The property was well-maintained and centrally located, about 15–25 minutes from most destinations. The staff provided excellent service and decorated my room for my anniversary. The property is close to a homeless encampment, which may affect the overall experience for some people. So just something to be aware of "

"Stayed here for one night before heading into the Rockies. On street parking was available opposite the hotel and was free at the weekend.
Check in was friendly and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Breakfast was great, we went early and it wasn’t too busy."
