"Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...

"I was given an accessible room even though they were not fully booked. The shower are area water did not drain and was all over the floor. When I mentined this they barelt saw the picture I had taken and said they would address it. I don't think the property appeals to me. I always feel that if we boomvia Expedia we get treated to the rooms that have the least appeal for others although the price point for this property was $70 more expensive than the Westin"

"The bathtub needs to be replaced, the cleaning staff needs to be more diligent as the bathtub had hair in the corners of the tub and the edges .. requested the bathroom to be cleaned the following day and they still didn’t clean the tub well enough as hair remained and the edges still had pink gunk. The restaurant food was not good. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it had fat in it along with the skin being soggy. I then replaced it with a flat bread where I asked for it extra crispy...

"Maybe the most pleasant and helpful staff we've encountered, both at the front desk and the housekeeping people. Great location (except for the current construction), spacious and comfortable room. Underground parking is a bit interesting to get into, as the alley is quite busy, and the garage is, as underground parking usually is, a bit cramped. Really the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, which was pretty underwhelming for a $300+ hotel. Very cool neighborhood with lots...
