399 Prom - Blackpool Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"From booking staff were accommodating, responding to queries promptly. Check in was great, arrived a little before check in time and was told our room was ready. Shown to our room to make sure we had plenty space to fit in our travel cot etc. The room was a great size, was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Fridge was also provided for us to use to keep our little ones milk in. Had several nice conversations with staff. Ideal location for your Blackpool visit."
Beech Hill Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"From the moment you open the main entrance door, you are transported into something very special. The first thing you see beyond the huge glass windows is a veiw that sets the scene for luxury, a change of pace and totally relaxation. You look to the left and are greated by the friendly reception desk and then notice the amazing bar area. You are spoilt with many areas to sit relax and have fun. Round the bar the hidden away in the snug to being out on the balcony taking the full view. The room was amazing, spotless and the indoor spa facilities was just 👏 thank you team"
Park House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel is well situated in Blackpool only a few meters from a Tram stop. Wheelchair entrance to the rear of the property. 2 lifts with 1 being larger to accommodate wheelchairs. All essentials ie reception, resterant, bar and entertainment ballroom are on the ground floor with easy wheelchair access. Breakfast and evening meal are good quality and portion sizes, staff are friendly and always willing to help where they can. Accessable rooms are some size but would recommend wheelchair users advise hotel staff as early as possible so they can try and accommodate. If you don’t some of the Accessable rooms are down a couple of steps with it being an old building. The bar is well stocked and reasonable priced and we had great entertainment between approx. 8 - 11pm in the Ballroom comprising of # Acts at 45 minutes each, 2 games of bingo and a host. Overall experience of the hotel was great."

Village Hotel Blackpool
8/10 Good
"The room was clean with just the basics. There is a need to remind guests how to utilize the room. We were given two keys (card) but was unable to use the TV or the electrical outlets. Even after informing the front desk, they took it for granted that something was wrong with the electricity. Eventually it was discovered that a card had to be placed in the receptacle near the doorway to activate the outlets. Apart from that minor inconvenience our stay was enjoyable. Oh breakfast was fantastic."
