"I've never gone to a resort and felt like family until this trip. The staff go above and beyond in everything they do. The resort is beautiful. The ocean and beach were amazing. Busy at times but very manageable(in December). We saw whales from our balcony on our room. Lei booked our excursions and saved us money by sharing that we would likely not need a whale watching tour of we did the snorkel trip and she was absolutely right! We booked a helicopter tour as well with Blue Hawaii and it was so much fun. Views you'll never have otherwise. The Maui brewing company restaurant on the resort property has good food but is a little pricey. I felt that the beach chair and umbrella rentals were reasonable. The best part is they put the umbrella up for you AND take it down at the end of the day. The ocean water was so warm I never wanted to leave it. I will be back to visit again for sure Room: Ocean front- Amazing, well worth it during whale season Bed: too soft but worked for the week Pillows: too chunky, had neck pain most nights Housekeeping: Amazing. They keep up with an insane amount of sand Beach: Moderately busy in the middle of the day, epic snorkeling. There are a couple resident turtles you can catch occasionally"

"Nicole or Natalie at the front desk (sorry for not remembering the right name)was Amazing, very nice, with great recommendations. The room was Great! very clean and organized. The hot tub was great after a day full of experiences and activities. The staff members are very nice. I just wished there would be service/cleaning the room, but other than that, EVERYTHING is GREAT! "

"We loved this little place the moment we walked in. Everything was well thought out. We love the attention to details. Guess will feel right at home with everything needed to cook and enjoy a good breakfast or dinner. The bed was comfortable and clean. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. We love the decor and the nightly breezes flowing through the opened windows. We did not need to use the AC most of the time as the fresh air was perfect. Overall, this little trip was meant for us to find a little peace and relaxation. This place gave us exactly that. "
