"The rooms and I say rooms because we had to refuse the first room which had faulty central heating, excessive water on bathroom floor and a bed with worn out mattresses. To add insult to injury they threaten to call the police instead of offering another room when my wife complained.
The second room also had flooded bathroom, broken TV, faulty window and faulty heating we endured the three nights but will never return. "

"Outstanding value for this hotel. Spotlessly clean, and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Quiet, convenient to shopping, and not far from LGW we are SO GLAD to have found this property. Meals in the hotel bar were excellent and decent portions. Unreservedly recommend."

"The spa facilities were poor dirty showers , ran. Out of towels had to walk all the way to reception to pick one up , couldn’t get in the jacuzzi as full of children the steam room was cold I had just finished work and was looking forward to a lovely relaxing time , went to have a shower and guess what no shower gell in the dispensers overall very disappointed , the room we stopped in was ok it was at least clean ."

"Whilst the room could have done with a little update - fraying carpets and old furniture being held up with paper underneath the legs - it was an amazing experience. The hotel has an old period charm and sits perfectly in the Ditton Village area. I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast, but hopefully next time I can.
A really lovely stay and very polite, helpful staff."
