Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We arrived late due to a delayed plane. They were so nice to work with and left a key for us. Short train or shuttle ride to Zermatt.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zermatt which could save your money.

Brigs hotel
All of the things about this hotel are great. There is an elevator which is large enough for a wheelchair. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room and breakfast are average. It was a good stay!
