The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely. "
"I’ve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily.
Esther was lovely, always there looking after us and making sure that we were ok.

"This place is a 5-star hotel. It's a true boutique hotel. It is very quiet, very private, but you have access to everything. The view from the hilltop outside of the property is simply amazing. The food is excellent, fresh, and made on spot 24/7. The wifi is fast, so you can do your business just fine. It is a gated property so it's very safe. "I had a nice stay at the hotel. Breakfast could be served at an earlier time however. They mention it starts from 7, but is only being served from 8 onwards. Overall, it's a nice hotel at a good location."
"Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor."

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "
