"Amy provided service that was second to none. If you are a US traveler you should know that the heating, air conditioning and TV and lighting systems are very complicated and we had to request help several times although was given expeditiously. The beds very comfortable and the best coffee in Australia and New Zealand we experienced. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The resort is managed and owned by a Chinese family and there were a few minor communication issues, but nothing that wasn’t resolved quickly."
