It’s one of the few properties in Lake Placid that offer a free breakfast and it is actually pretty good. It’s also located right next to a nice bar/restaurant that has amazing food as well. We come with our family every year and love it. The views from the main lobby/breakfast area are gorgeous of mirror lake and the mountains surrounding.

We actually booked this last minute, due to a bad booking somewhere else. This Hampton was wonderful! Excellent service, room, breakfast, and mannn… you can’t beat the view of Mirror Lake with the backdrop of the mountains. Was very comfortable and clean. Thank you.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and informative. Was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. Despite arriving to the dining area an hour before the end time of breakfast, there was a shortage of certain breakfast items such as fruit, milk, waffle mix and no hot cocoa mix. The dining staff was very apologetic.

Overall a really nice place to stay in Lake Placid. Easy parking and beautiful view of the lake from the dining area. Room clean and a good size with small microwave and fridge.
