"We found some problems in our room and reported reception a few times during our 4night stay but nothing was solved. They are quite simple requests 1) chair was broken and needed to be fixed or replaced 2) bed mattress was damaged and needed to be rotated or replaced 3) shower water pressure was away too low and only warm water I guess manager just ignored guests as the problems started long time ago that is why the reputation is quite bad but reception staff are good. You need to get breakfast before 8:00 otherwise no muffins and only coffee is available. Also utensil, plates, pots and pans are upon requests "

"Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Rooms are in need of refreshing with broken items aplenty. One lamp had the socket secured by duct tape. "

"The breakfast menu is very good and plentiful. Handicapped parking was good for us. The location was easy access to our final destination Bridgewater, CT. We will use Quinta on our next trip wherever we are headed."
