" Waste of money and I was wrongly accused of smoking in the room when I never smoked in the room they said it smelled like smoke but there was no evidence of any type no ashes no anything yet he said he had a second opinion I asked to here it from them and they never brought them in they kept my 100$ deposit but didn't band me if I broke the rules I should have been band yet I wasn't I'm very ticked off and I'm getting in contact with a lawyer "

"The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep."

"The rooms were not clean, hair on towel multiple times. Utensils given were horrible and lack of staff onsite. Horrible experience including below: - 1 time someone opened our room door with their master key thinking we have left the hotel while we were still in - On the last day of my stay, while we were sleeping with do not disturb sign on my door I had a loud knock on my door at around 6:30AM and when checked the guy standing at the door said I asked for service Very disorganised and bad experience, would not recommend to anyone"

"Front desk was messy with stuff filed behind. Then I went to the rest room which had a bo functioning light. Impossible to use. NO AC?Heat in room? Never seen that before. Noisy room by freeway. "
