"The over all customer service was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. From the time we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and heartfelt service at the desk (at all times) by Morgan and/or Esme. These ladies were wonderful and very polite. They were most generous with the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. And the facility was also very clean. The hotel housekeepers Rocio and Gia were always on the job. They were super friendly, polite, and very attentive to the customers. They always had a warm smile and they worked hard non stop. These ladies were amazing. And the General Manager Nick…. This guy….! Nick is awesome. He called us by name and remember them. He made sure that we were taken care of. It’s a saying that, employees are a direct reflection of their leader…well Nick is a great leader and his staff are top notch. I would absolutely visit Capri Laguna again. I thought at first that the hotel was quite pricey, but after saying for two days….it was well worth the money."
