"We had a wonderful stay at Castelo Guest House, starting from our check in with the magnificent and friendly Catia, to our spotless room with a view of Carvoeiro Beach. The entire staff team were super friendly as well. Yulda, who cleaned our room was a ray of sunshine. After checkout, we were able to return to Castelo Guest House to use the shower facilities before heading to the airport. Thank you to everyone for making our stay super pleasant . We would definitely return and recommend...

"We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. The beach was close and the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed the shopping, the Black and White party to celebrate the beginning of summer. We will definitely be back and...

"We had a lovely stay here. The offstreet parking was a bonus! Super close to restaurants and the beach. A great place to start the seven hanging valleys trail walk. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful.Lots of recommendations. Try the restaurant across the street and get the seafood rice it was amazing."

"Property was a short 5 mins drive out of Ferragudo centre. Also walkable in around 25 minutes its about 2km to town . If you just want the beach there is a lovely path through woods which takes about 5 mins to get there, but there are no facilities on the beach, if you want sun loungers its probably around 1km to walk along the beach until you come to these along with three restaurants. The Property itself is traditional very clean and tidy, quite small which we liked! perhaps 40 bedrooms max....

I've stayed at the Plaza several times over the years, staff always very helpful, check in is easy, breakfast a choice of continental and English (and plenty of it) nice small not too deep pool, plenty of sun loungers, Lots of small bars and numerous restaurants all within walking distance."
