"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. Our misfortune was that our checkin was December 24 and most services (F&B, Spa) were...

"Tivemos um problema com a reserva. O proprietário não sabia que havíamos feito a reserva e por isso não nos esperava. No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio.
