"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. "The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"El DOMO XL es muy lindo pero carece de privacidad. Tiene una ventana gigante a la montaña y complejo con vista excepcional pero no hay como cubrirlo totalmente. Eso hace que se vea desde el exterior (aunque hay poco tránsito dado que hay pocas unidades cerca) y a la mañana entra todo el sol en la habitación. El servicio del lugar es excepcional y no dudaría en volver al mismo lugar eligiendo cabaña en lugar de DOMO."

"Overall, the hotel is a nice place. However a neighboring business plays loud drum music all night (literally until 7am). Occurs every night and makes it impossible to sleep. Surprised that a hotel that is so pricey doesn’t include breakfast. When I asked, they told me I was cheap and didn’t pay for breakfast (literally using those insulting words) although that wasn’t an option when I booked. Finally, WiFi is very slow (< 5mb). Nice enough place but not worth the premium price. Angostura isn’t that great either. "
